Our journey so far...

Chris and I began dating in July 1999. I was 15, he was 16. We got married on July 8, 2006. It was a beautiful, perfect day. We always knew we wanted children and decided to start trying to conceive our first baby in May 2007. We had no idea that it would be such a long, frustrating journey. We starting going to an RE in May 2008. Had an ectopic pregnancy in May/June 2008, which was treated with methotrexate. I had an HSG in August 2008 which showed a blockage in my left tube. I had a laproscopy/hysteroscopy in October 2008. Everything was clear and open then. Chris has had three sperm analyses (the first showed poor morphology, the next two were perfectly normal, so the RE is chalking the first one up to a fluke). I have been on Femara on and off since February 2007 due to my luteal phase defect. I had my first HCG trigger shot last cycle (Chris gave it to me in my stomach and I was a total wuss but it ended up not hurting at all, HAHA). Next cycle we will be doing an IUI (intrauterine insemination). We are hoping and praying this is what we need to start our family and that we will finally see those two little pink lines then a baby bean safe and sound in the right place.
